public class TagsDeserializer extends com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.JsonDeserializer<List<TagField>>
Custom deserializer for tags field in the format of key:value tags being separated by semicolon: ";". Also handles "labels" which are single-value tags, and are not key:value pairs. Also handles "source" which is the third element in the tag, and is optional.
